Applicant must agree and attest to the following:

• Accuracy of Information: All application data, written information, reports, statements and other papers and data (collectively, the “Small Business Information”) furnished by or on behalf of the Applicant shall be, at the time the same is so furnished, true and complete in all material respects. This includes Small Business Information that is furnished after application submission and during all stages of coaching and research, as defined and applicable. This includes the Small Business Information furnished and disclosed to the small business’ coach during and throughout the coaching period.

• Use of Data:

  • Applicant Information will be used for the purposes of the NCIFCares II Grant Program and the NCIFCares Coaching Program. Applicant Information will be used during the course of evaluating applications and conducting coaching and research for analysis, reports, and marketing purposes and may be published in physical or electronic formats. If an applicant does not receive a grant, Applicant Information will be retained on file for program analysis and for notifications of future opportunities.

  • The Applicant’s name and logo may be used in publication and/or promotional materials.

Applicant must acknowledge it has read and understands the following:

• Confidentiality and Non-disclosure: All application data, written information, reports, statements and other papers and data furnished (collectively, the “Small Business Information”) by or on behalf of the Applicant shall be kept confidential and secure. Additionally, any small business information furnished after application submission and during all stages of coaching and research, as defined and applicable, shall also be kept confidential and secure. This includes the Small Business Information furnished and disclosed to the small business’ coach during and throughout the coaching period.

• Customer Data and Security: The Small Business Information provided via the online application is being kept in an international server used by Grow Movement and that Grow will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality and security of this data. If there is a loss of data despite the reasonable best efforts of Grow and NCIF to maintain the confidentiality and security of that data, the customer waives any claims against GROW or NCIF for that loss.
